Businesses with 10 or fewer employees: CEDs are accepted at Knott Recycling Center, Negus, Southwest, Northwest Transfer and Alfalfa Transfer Stations at no charge (limit 7). NCEDs are accepted at the Knott Recycling Center and charged at $0.25 per pound. You can recycle them free of charge at any Deschutes County Transfer Station/Recycling Center.
